I purchased this as a gift for my one-year-old twins so we didn鈥檛 open it until their party. Apparently the return window has already closed. The item came torn apart and wood ripped open. I am very upset to have spent 60 dollars on something that is going straight in the trash. This itemIs very flimsy and poorly made. Disappointed the company will not stand by their product and offer an exchange.
If I could give this product 0 starts I would. But something else! This thing fell apart before even getting assembled. My husband started to put it together and stopped because the mirror fell off before he even took all the parts out.
Cute walker that both my kids loved playing with but it tips SOOOO easily, both forwards and backwards. Super unstable, even on perfectly smooth surfaces and not worth the risk for serious injury.
I ordered this product based off of many positive reviews, but our experience has been terrible within the first 24 hours.Safety: The metal piece with little balls that can be moved vertically is truly unsafe for little ones. As my daughter played, she stepped through this opening, and her foot/leg became stuck. It was very difficult to get her out. This component is lifted unnecessarily high off the product, allowing for this type of injury. The balls are small and this piece could have easily had less space between it and the main board, which wouldn鈥檛 allow for limbs to get stuck.Quality:The net at the back of the walker was damaged upon arrival. My husband also had to switch all of the screws with our own because the ones provided were too small and would not hold the pieces together.
Spent good money on this toy for it to arrive in a busted box and missing the most important part, the handle bar. Wheels are also loop sided and are not level, only 3 wheela touch the floor at a time.
It뼰깺뜥 a nice wooden piece BUT I really was looking for something our 11 mo old could use to learn to walk, and something to hold him up. But it tips over as he tries to pull up and it will fall over on him so we have to help him use this. It뼰깺뜜l be better when he뼰깺뜥 actually walking and more stable but NOT recommended as a 뼰깺渦꿢lker뼰 in my opinion. It뼰깺뜥 too narrow and unsafe.
Package was missing parts. Not only was there the wrong number of screws but it was missing the actual handle part. This was the gift I was most excited to give my son and I was so disappointed that he couldn't use it.
Sturdy enough for baby to pull himself up with. Wheels move smoothly and baby is able to regulate the speed well...not sure that makes sense, but it doesn't get going too fast nor does it slow him down. He loves playing with the various activities. The pieces fit together well with screw heads being flush with the wood, and its sanded smoothly so no concerns about splinters.I read some reviews that that shape sorter blocks are small, but they're the perfect size for his hands and they are not so small that I'm worried he could choke on one.
Product came as if it were previously opened and unboxed then repackaged. Missing parts in the box 4-9 shown on the instructions. All side pieces were missing including the handle for walking and for it to function property. All screws were missing as well to even put it all together. Gave us an already open package that was missing everything we needed to make it function and put it together.
