Singing has always been a best way of learning. I write letters on each square tiles, then sing the alphabet song with kids. Every time they come up with a letter, I'll show them the tile of that letter. It's also a good idea to sing the song together and ask them to arrange the letters in the correct order. 

I will also use the little toys. For example, when I said "put Daddy on letter C", they need to grab the "Daddy" toy and put it on that exact tile. It helps them recognize the letter out of the sequence.
